Through legislative action and grassroots engagement, we advocate to restore justice for those affected by failed cannabis laws and we shape policies that foster a more fair and equitable regulatory environment for cannabis businesses and individuals.

We recognize the economic potential of the cannabis industry and are committed to fostering a conscientious, thriving, and sustainable marketplace. By working closely with our members, regulators, and legislators we enable businesses to navigate the complexities of the industry and drive economic growth.
