Advocating for an inclusive
and thriving cannabis industry

The Chamber of Cannabis is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit (business trade organization) designed to unite cannabis industry professionals who strive to build a more inclusive and thriving industry.

We focus on strengthening commerce, improving justice, positively impacting the cannabis community, and building relationships with political and regulatory leaders.

The Chamber successfully advocated for AB341 in 2021. This bill, championed by Speaker Steve Yeager, made history by creating consumption venues in Nevada and defining “social equity” in state statute for the first time.

Committed to finding and creating opportunities to better the entirety of the industry, the Chamber again drove legislation in 2023. SB 277 carried by Senator Dallas Harris was an omnibus bill, and in partnership with the Chamber and industry stakeholders was successfully passed. This bill drives economic impact at every level by increasing the daily purchase and possession limits of flower and concentrate, provides increased commerce opportunities by consolidation of licensing fees and refining specific definitions of the plant and the bill lessens barriers to entry into the legal cannabis industry by working toward more sensible understanding by those convicted of certain offenses. SB 277 was signed into law on June 15, 2023.

By joining a coalition of like-minded leaders who advocate to collectively create the best economic opportunity for all in a challenging industry, your membership allows you to have a seat at the table, for representation no matter your business’ size, and for you to take part in creating history.
